Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of client Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework. 
Act as part of the second line of defence by providing independent oversight, monitoring, and reporting on risk activities across business functions. 
Support the review and refinement of client risk appetite and tolerance levels to align with strategic objectives and operational priorities. 
Monitor adherence to risk appetite through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other relevant performance metrics. 
Risk Identification, Assessment, Mitigation & Reporting Support risk identification and assessment activities, including facilitating risk workshops and maintaining risk registers. 
Assist in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of risk exposures, mitigation effectiveness, and emerging risks.
