Position Overview

            KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Casework  Conduct needs and risk assessment for complex/high risk cases. 
Formulate, implement, and evaluate casework intervention plans. 
Engage stakeholders for assessment and intervention. 
Conduct outreach and engage client’s family, where applicable, to develop action plans. 
Manage ethical dilemmas while taking into account range of information independently. 
Facilitate and lead low/moderate risk case conferences in multi-disciplinary settings. 
Utilise and articulate theories and techniques and customise the use of tools and approaches for intended outcome. 
 Group Work  Use appropriate approaches indifferent groups /settings. 
Conduct specialised groups for specific outcome. 
Assess and capitalize group dynamics to create positive impact. 
Manage and guide the management of challenging behaviours.
