Job Responsibilities - Maintain a basic knowledge of the food and drinks menu
- Ensure that work areas are clean at all times and that the cleaning schedule is adhered to
- Ensure that the mise‑en‑place is completed prior to service and continuously replenished
- Maintain responsibility for polishing cutlery, crockery, coppers and silvers
- Ensure the chef’s table is set up and the coffee area is maintained
- Carry trays and deliver food to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Job Requirements - Education & Certification: No formal education required
- Experience: Food & Beverage knowledge and safety
- Other Prerequisites: Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
