Job Responsibilities
β’ Ensure that the work areas are clean at all times and that the cleaning schedule is adhered to.
β’ Ensure that the mise-en place is completed prior to service and continually replenished.
β’ Maintain responsibility for the polishing of cutlery, crockery, coppers and silvers.
β’ Maintain responsibility for the ironing, folding of table clothes and napkins.

Experience

Other Prerequisites
β’ Proficient in written and verbal English.
β’ Experience in F&B Knowledge and safety.
β’ Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
