&pizza Assistant Shop Leaders assist the Shop Leader in producing financial results through driving sales and managing costs, guarantee operational excellence to ensure a consistent experience for the f&m and guests, and ensure all &pizza policies and procedures are active, understood, and followed. The ASL is working to hone their leadership skills and financial acumen to step into a Shop Leader position.
