Assistant Site Manager
The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, including supervising safety, maintenance, and operations staff. This role helps manage the site’s Safety/ISO programs, purchasing, maintenance records, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Support site leadership and staff supervision
Assist with safety program coordination and ISO compliance
Handle administrative duties such as purchasing and budgeting
Maintain adherence to safety and maintenance protocols
Act as site lead in the Site Manager’s absence
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
