• Assistant Site QS to be stationed in site office for site measurement and understanding of site progress.
• Measure actual site quantity and compare with drawings to submit progress claims to the Main Contractors and resolve with the Main Contractor representatives for certification of claims and payments.
• Record and prepare wages to additional works.
• Able to use Auto-CAD/ Adobe Acrobat /Bluebeam Revu software for measurement.
• Assist the Director with administration works, liaise with Authorities for all workers' related issues.
• Prepare simple bookkeeping & accounting record.
