Assistant Store Manager

Location: Invermere, BC

Reports to: District Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leadership duties, ensuring a welcoming environment, delivering excellent customer service, merchandising, and supervising store operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Supervise the store and lead the team in the absence of the store manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and attend to customers' needs & enquiries at the register and otherwise.
• Order, receive, and stock merchandise.
• Set up windows, in‑store displays, and signage.
• Complete timely cycle count.
• Process product returns, price changes, and markdowns.
• Recruit, train, and schedule associates & keyholders.
• Submit reports and payroll to the Home Office.
• Report loss prevention, Health & Safety, and damage incidents.
