:Reporting to the Mill Maintenance Superintendent, you will be a part of the Mill Maintenance Team. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. You will establish our maintenance programs to ensure the achievement of project and production goals in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee mill maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance;
Monitor and analyze key metrics including costs, safety, availability, utilization and productivity; implement improvements to address variances;
Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production targets, quality standards, and process optimization initiatives;
