This role supports the successful execution of a 100-unit mid-rise project, offering hands-on field experience and a clear path toward Superintendent-level growth.

What You'll Do as the Assistant Superintendent:

• Support daily onsite construction activities alongside the Lead Superintendent
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project schedule and milestones
• Track jobsite productivity and help maintain efficient workflows
• Assist in managing project schedule, including deliveries, inspections, and trade sequencing
• Identify potential delays and communicate issues early to the project team
• Conduct site walks to verify work meets plans, specifications, and code requirements
