Position Overview

            Responsibilities Plant crops 
Prepare the land 
Plow and plant seeds or seedlings 
Irrigate plants 
Operate irrigation systems or water plants manually as needed 
Fertilize the soil 
Add fertilizers and nutrients to ensure healthy crop growth 
Plant, transplant, and maintain palm trees 
Water and fertilize palms according to schedule 
Qualifications Previous experience in agriculture, landscaping, or a similar field preferred 
Basic knowledge of palm tree care is an advantage 
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
