Fair-Rite Products is looking for a hands-onAssistant Team Leaderto help lead our Finishing Department. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys solving problems, working with precision tools, and helping others succeed, we want to hear from you.
This is more than just a production position. You'll be a key member of our leadership team, supporting daily operations in Grinding, Burnishing, and Lapping while helping drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.


Days and Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
