Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Managers to lead teams of Architectural and Technical Coordinators.
• Manage architectural production teams, resources, and manpower planning effectively.
• Work with project and technical teams to develop designs from concept/schematic to detailed designs and construction details for tender, ensuring all works comply with regulatory standards.
• Ensure consistency of architectural and building details across the practice, applying building codes to designs and advising the Project Director / Associate / Architect on compliance implications.
• Assist the Technical Managers and work with project and technical teams for technical compliance and building code matters.
• Review drawings for adherence to planning and building regulations.
