Business Analysis

• Capture and understand business and technical needs of the areas assigned.
• Document features identified during conversations with partners.
• Help to create the technical strategy plans of the areas assigned.

Project Management

• Act as a reporting and coordination link between business and the localization toolset.
• Participate in the ongoing prioritization of business needs as per project needs and schedules.
• Track, predict, report and address schedule and cost deviation, and propose mitigation actions.
• Track and report issues and risks (e.G., quality degradation) and propose mitigation actions.
• Participate in postmortem processes and collect partner feedback to measure satisfaction and derive future improvements.
