Business Analysis
- Capture and understand business and technical needs of the areas assigned.
- Document features identified during conversations with partners.
- Help to create the technical strategy plans of the areas assigned.
Project Management
- Act as a reporting and coordination link between business and the localization toolset.
- Participate in the ongoing prioritization of business needs as per project needs and schedules.
- Track, predict, report and address schedule and cost deviation, and propose mitigation actions.
- Track and report issues and risks (e.G., quality degradation) and propose mitigation actions.
- Participate in postmortem processes and collect partner feedback to measure satisfaction and derive future improvements.
