The Johnny Carson School of Theatre & Film is a premier program in the Big Ten dedicated to nurturing the next generation of performers, filmmakers and emerging media artists.

The Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the effective functioning of the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film Director’s Office.
As the Assistant to the Director, you will:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing calendars, communications, travel, scheduling, and office operations while serving as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate School meetings, events, special projects, and recruitment activities, including logistics, communications, materials preparation, and operational support.
