Position Overview

Job scope
  • Planning and assigning of daily transportation schedules
  • Responsible for operations after official working hour to ensure smooth deliverance
  • Managing our customer service operation at our Batam and Bintan office
  • Responsible for all weekly vessels schedule
  • Responsible for all daily depot processes and operations for the next subsequent day
  • Informing our customers of the container details
  • Ensuring all additional charges are being accounted accordingly
  • Proactively getting updates for all container status
  • Act as the contingency for the main traffic controller in their absence
  • Processing of discharged containers
  • Booking of Escorts for the vessel and handling permits for LTA Oversized cargo
  • Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Reporting Officer
