Role Overview

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Banking Process Head will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end Banking Operations within the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) function. The role will oversee fund management, transaction processing, reconciliations, payouts, regulatory compliance, operational controls, stakeholder management, and process transformation initiatives. The incumbent will be accountable for driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and business growth while leading a team of approximately 40 members.
