**Department Overview**

The Corporate Access team within the Global Markets Division is responsible for organizing and managing a wide range of corporate access activities and investor events.

The team facilitates one-on-one meetings between institutional investors and companies, industry experts, academics, and policymakers, as well as planning and executing various investor-focused events, ranging from small group meetings to large-scale conferences.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Plan and execute bespoke itineraries for overseas institutional investors visiting Japan, including the arrangement of all logistics from travel and accommodation to meeting schedules.
+ Coordinate and respond to meeting requests from domestic and international institutional investors, arranging meetings with corporate management, industry experts, and academic professionals.
