The Linux & Platform Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise Unix/Linux infrastructure supporting mission-critical banking systems. This role combines deep Linux administration expertise with platform engineering, automation, and production operations to ensure high availability, security, and performance across complex environments.
Job Responsibilities:
Linux Platform Engineering - Administer and manage enterprise Linux/Unix systems including RHEL, AIX, CentOS, and Debian.
- Perform system lifecycle management including installation, patching, upgrades, kernel tuning, and security hardening.
- Design and maintain high availability by clustering using Pacemaker.
- Optimize system performance, capacity, and scalability for large-scale environments.
