Job Description - Lead a team of warehouse staff
- Responsible day-to-day warehousing operations.
- Manage space for inbound shipment by optimizing warehouse space & location
- Manage inventory by conducting daily/weekly cycle count
- Ensuring picking & packing are completed within the ship date
- Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
- Meet operations key performance indicators and improve on customers’ feedback
- Develop and review SOP
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the logistics industry or experience in managing FMCG goods warehouse
