Position Overview

JOB SUMMARY 

The ​Assistant – Women’s Referrals, Screening and Scheduling​ is responsible for the coordination and processing of referrals to Women’s Services from various local and international hospitals and clinics, physician referrals and also patient self-referrals.

He/She is responsible for the direct contact with patients in order to schedule their Women’s Services appointments appropriately, collecting all required patient information, including for pre-registration and insurance eligibility, and maintaining accuracy in processing of the data to meet Sidra Quality standards.

The ​Assistant – Women’s Referrals, Screening and Scheduling​ is responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standard and promotes service excellence in all communications, both internal and external.
