**Overview**

Assistive Technology Specialist:

Bowhead is seeking an Assistive Technology Specialist to provide program support for the Information Resources Accessibility Program (IRAP) Section 508 office. The Section 508 Program Office is an organization within the US Department of the Treasury's, Office of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that provides agency wide support Assistive Technology (AT) as a reasonable accommodations and technical Section 508 guidance for IRS projects and Agency initiatives.







**Responsibilities**

+ Support end-user of Assistive technology. AT Technical Support and Troubleshooting of both Hardware and software
+ Provide AT Support to the tier 1 help desk side support, such as troubleshooting computer issues
+ Troubleshoot AT End-user issues that were assigned from the *IRAP mailbox
+ Contacting AT vendors to get assistance with troubleshooting or issues
