Position Overview

Associate Contract & Payment Specialist – responsible for processing customer contracts and payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to business functions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests to create contract records
• Nominate and link contracts in HCPE Engage platform
• Partner with T&E Excellence, legal department for LATAM and International HCP consulting agreements and other contract needs
• Process invoices, check requests and other billing requirements
• Perform audits on incoming requests
• Maintain up-to-date procedures or instructional documents related to assigned cluster
• Communicate effectively to internal and external customers via phone, email and systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute tasks in a timely manner
