DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Manage and support adversarial IP activities in China and International marketsSupport IP and regulatory matters in new modalities medicines ( cell therapies)Support all aspects of IP litigation, invalidation and administrative proceedingsAdvice on all settlement/licensing matters relating to IP proceedingsDevelop and implement IP litigation strategies for key productsManage and work with outside litigation council to implement corporate strategiesForge and foster relationships with external and internal partners in support of IP policies and strategies internationallyPersistently partner with and counsel BUs on opportunities to protect inventionsProvide IP support in transaction opportunities, evaluation of in-licensing opportunities, negotiation support, contract drafting during active transactionsJOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
