THE ROLE

We Are Social is looking for an Associate Account Director to join our growing team! A positive, motivating force with an ability to flex between leading a team and getting your hands dirty in the weeds of any given project. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team who manages the day-to-day account initiatives for an assigned client. By balancing high-stakes client relationship management with internal leadership, you ensure the team delivers impactful results while maintaining agency profitability.
