Job Description: Oversight and management of complex client accounts to maintain strong client relationships and meet operational needs. The role involves managing customers end-to-end, renewing, expanding, and converting service relationships, assessing opportunities, renewing contracts, converting customers to appropriate services, ensuring satisfaction and resolving escalated issues, achieving revenue-based quotas and supporting growth goals, evaluating client needs and proposing solutions, serving as a single point of contact, using data to resolve roadblocks, managing competitive pressures, building relationships with decision makers at all levels, managing sales territory, negotiating tough situations, identifying risks and barriers and developing contingency plans, identifying additional sales opportunities, using data to influence buying/renewal process, and reporting directly to a Sales Manager.
