We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented F&B Administrative Coordinator to support the food and beverage requirements of our Singapore office. The primary focus of this role is to coordinate and execute F&B-related arrangements for meetings, luncheons, internal events, external client events, and special dining occasions.
This role will serve as the main point of contact for F&B coordination in Singapore, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and the Hong Kong F&B team to ensure smooth preparation, set-up, service, and post-event clearing. The position will also provide general administrative support as required.
