Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors.
Build and manage a productive agency team.
Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
Motivate advisors through regular coaching and field support.
Generate business through the agency channel.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure quality service.
Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
Prepare and submit sales reports and business updates.
Eligibility
Graduate or 3-year Diploma.
Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales.
Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
