  • Design TikTok LIVE LATAM's agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and helping agencies scale up in their business on the platform.
  • Design agency's benefit system and growth program to incentivize better performance and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Conduct day-to-day management directly with agency managers and their creators to materialize and iterate the strategic programs to deliver business results, and provide additional support to agencies and their creators for the needs related to content and platform guidelines.
