Job Duties: Collaborate with team members in a multi-office, multi-country environment. Contribute to development of Aladdin’s global, multi-asset trading platform. Architect and drive development of new platform features, set technical direction. Identify issues and roadblocks and escalate to senior engineers. Proactively resolve technical issues, remove blockers for the team, and optimize processes. Apply validated quality software engineering practices (unit tests, code reviews). Ensure resilience and stability through regression and user acceptance testing. Oversee testing strategy, drive automation and performance testing. Provide level two production support.
