Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation
• Conduct workplace investigations
• Provide employment counselling and advisory services

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience
• Strong employment litigation skills
• Exposure to employment counselling and advisory matters
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
