Position Overview

**What's The Role**

The primary function of the role is to provide personal assistant/administrative support to the Country Manager and in matters relating to Human Resources.

**What You'll Do**

+ · Provision of administrative support to the Country Manager as required.
+ · Oversee external contractors.
+ · Works within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
+ · Creates and assists with the development of visual presentations. Record meeting discussions and provide minutes.
+ · Monitor Company KPIs and submit progress reports.
+ · Handles correspondence and reports on matters for government, regulatory and external legal counsel.
+ · Assists in the induction of new employees.
+ · Assists in the the onboarding and work permit process.
+ · Arranges travel/housing arrangements as required.
