Reporting to the Category Manager you will be responsible for:

• Engaging and building relationships with top sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals.
• Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures for management, and actively participating in weekly and monthly business reviews for the assigned Fashion category.
• Developing an understanding of assigned category dynamics in the market, spotting trends, and supporting the category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada.
• Constantly learning new skill sets and staying at the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development; coaching sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Working with cross‑functional teams to execute on campaigns and strategic projects.
