About the Role

The Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACNM) will provide clinical leadership and clinical support to the nursing team. This role provides cover from 7.00 until 9.30pm. The ACNM will also support the Charge Nurse Manager with the day to day running of the ward, performance appraisals and performance development. The ACNM will use their experience and skillset to role model best practice and support the diverse workforce on the ward.
