Responsibilities
- Administer data entry and management for new client setups, fund closures, and terminations to ensure database integrity.
- Manage fee processing cycles, including booking fees into the billing system and accurate preparation of invoices.
- Execute monthly revenue accrual reports and retrieve data for comprehensive management and client reporting.
- Collaborate with global functions to ensure service delivery is timely, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
- Analyze key performance indicators, accounts receivable, and profitability metrics to support management decision-making.
