About the role
The CAF North Community Mental Health team provides assessment and treatment services for under-18-year-old consumers with major mental illnesses. The team is multi-disciplinary and serves approximately 320 consumers across the North area of Christchurch and surrounding districts. This role interfaces closely with the Nga Kākano inpatient team and other CAF services to provide care for consumers and their families/whanau.
