Location: Hutt Hospital

Role Summary

The ACNM works closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) – Community Health Services to provide day‑to‑day clinical coordination and ensure high‑quality patient care. The ACNM delivers clinical and professional nursing leadership, coaching and monitoring standards of practice, and manages day‑to‑day operational decision‑making and line‑management activities for district nurses, administration staff and health care assistants.
