About the Role
The Associate Clinical Nurse Manager (ACNM) - Community Health Services is a supportive role to the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) - Community Health Services with responsibility for the day-to-day clinical coordination of the team to ensure the provision of high quality health care for patients.
The ACNM works in partnership with the CNM Community Health Services to develop clinical and operational excellence in service delivery and to deliver organisational objectives within the Community Directorate.
