Associate Construction Manager Lead and manage the entire civil construction scope for EHV substation projects from mobilization to completion and handover.
Responsibilities - Plan, supervise and control all civil site activities including:
- Site preparation and temporary facilities
- Earthworks and grading
- Foundations and structural concrete works
- Buildings, trenches, duct banks and underground services
- Roads, paving, drainage and external infrastructure
- Coordinate closely with electrical, MEP and commissioning teams to ensure proper interface management and avoid delays to equipment installation and energization milestones.
- Manage and supervise civil subcontractors, construction engineers, foremen and supervisors to ensure productivity, quality and adherence to schedule.
