Program Overview

We seek hard-working, committed and intellectually curious individuals passionate about life sciences. Associate Consultants are integral parts of project teams comprising staff, management, and leadership, and gain exposure to strategic business issues while building in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry from small biotech to large pharma.

Associate Consultants develop their skills through extensive formal and informal training, supported by mentorship that encourages analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
