Job Title: Associate Contracts Manager/Paralegal

Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080 – Hybrid (three days a week on-site, two remote)

Duration: 06/08/2026 to 09/05/2026

Max Pay: $40.00 per hour on W2

Working Days and Hours: Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts)

Interview Format: Two Rounds (1 - Hiring Manager; 2 - Next Level Manager - 45 minutes - virtual)



Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline

Experience drafting and managing agreements (full lifecycle exposure preferred)

Strong understanding of scientific terminology (antibodies, plasmids, DNA, genetically modified models, etc.)

Basic knowledge of legal agreement structure (amendments, obligations, parties)
