Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support strategic commercial customer agreements, technology transactions, and commercial engagements that help power this global connectivity mission.

As Commercial Counsel, you will negotiate and structure complex commercial transactions that support Amazon Leo’s growing portfolio of enterprise customers, channel partners, and mobility-related engagements. You will work closely with business, product, and operations teams on high-impact agreements that shape Amazon Leo’s commercial strategy.
