AECOM is looking to appoint an Associate Cost Management to join a major client team in Dubai working on high-end residential hospitality and commercial developments.
Desired Skills - Experienced cost management professional with minimum 15 years in the construction industry including minimum of 5 years in Dubai or the Middle East.
- Ideally involved in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract roles having managed high-profile landmark projects and has led teams of larger than 6.
- Experience in a range of asset types including High-End Residential Commercial and Hospitality.
- Experience in management and assessment of claims and strong contract administration skills (FIDIC) for both consultants and contractors.
- Experience in leading projects with large CAPEX values exceeding US$ 200 million.
