Position Overview

            Responsibilities Review, negotiate, and manage third-party contracts including MSAs, commercial, consulting, and supply agreements 
Manage and analyze existing contract templates and develop new one s in accordance with company guidelines 
Advise internal clients on contract management systems and policies 
Collaborate with in-house attorneys and paralegals to achieve legal goals 
Create and conduct legal training for employees regarding contract processes 
Research and analyze legal issues to provide recommendations to business partners 
Prepare contract summaries and issue lists for executives 
Monitor compliance with internal business and legal processes 
 Requirements Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school 
0-2 years of experience as in-house counsel, government counsel, or at a nationally recognized law firm 
Admitted to practice in California or able to obtain in-house counsel...
