Colliers' Debt Advisory team in Edmonton is looking for an Associate to support and grow with an active commercial real estate debt brokerage practice. You will work on live transactions across Alberta—including first mortgages, construction loans, bridge financing, and structured debt—developing skills that will eventually enable you to originate and manage your own client relationships. We expect you to build toward becoming a producer, and we will provide mentorship, platform, and deal flow to help you achieve that goal.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting and execution of CRE debt transactions including first mortgages, construction, bridge, and subordinate financing.
• Build financial models, cash‑flow analyses, and lender credit summaries.
• Prepare financing proposals and client‑facing materials.
