TITLE:Associate Director, Corporate Development

DUTIES: Support cross-functional scientific and financial evaluations of transformative strategic opportunities across various therapy areas (“TAs”). Apply understanding of transaction processes and structures including M&A, licensing,developmentand commercialization agreements. Provide transaction managementexpertiseto design, evaluate, and implement innovative deal structures, working closely with leadership to prioritize opportunities. Work closely with executive management to develop and implement long-term corporate strategies thatalignedoverall company goals with external business development opportunities.
