Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Centre Group is growing its Development Advisory capability across Asia-Pacific. The Development Advisory Lead role supports this growth by providing senior technical and development-focused advisory input across feasibility, due diligence, asset, and early-stage development engagements. The role operates alongside the Head of Data Centre Development Advisory, acting as a trusted technical and commercial counterpart. This role may be based in any of the major APAC hubs - Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Bangkok.

• Lead and contribute to development feasibility studies for new and evolving data centre assets.
