Position Overview

Job Description

  • Manage the overall delivery plan and integrated schedule, ensuring alignment across all workstreams
  • Maintain and continuously update the integrated program schedule and detailed workplan
  • Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, workshops, and working sessions
  • Manage enterprise engagement logistics, ensuring outputs are captured and linked to workstreams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date action, issue, decision, and dependency registers
  • Prepare progress updates, milestone substantiation, and reporting packs for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate program closeout, transition activities, and knowledge capture
  • Ensure delivery activities are aligned to practical pilots and active program opportunities
  • Provide structure and discipline to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
