Within the CSO organization, the Data Marketplace Tech team is highly visible and responsible for designing, building, and scaling solutions that free up data and empower business decisions across Fitch.

The team collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver next‑generation data capabilities. Focus areas include faster time to market, data engineering, robust data controls, innovation, and leveraging AI/ML for data solutions.

• Architect, develop, test, and deploy robust data solutions and architecture diagrams to support evolving business needs.
• Lead hands‑on coding and testing for data engineering and data initiatives, ensuring quality and reliability in all deliverables.
• Utilize tools such as Collibra (Data Governance) and Starburst (Data Mesh) to drive advanced data management and integration across the organization.
