Assist in developing and improving financial reporting processes and procedures.
Assist with department resource planning and staff allocation.
Attend pitches to potential new clients, client due diligence meetings and board/client meetings as required.
Build and maintain a strong relationships with clients, vendors and audit firms.
Continue to carry out the core roles of the team, including the creation, preparation and review of financial statement workings/reports. Including assisting direct reports and other team members, where necessary.
Develop an understanding of the financial reporting process and assist in the creation of the target operating model for our clients.
